Hello I'm Ryan, most of you will know me by '@greendevelopments' if you follow me on social media. 3 years ago we were desperate to buy our first property but we couldn't afford to buy anything, so instead we converted a lwb van into a motorhome and went on to sell it for £35,000!

We used the money to buy our first property, which was a rundown 2 bedroom detached house for £102,000 We spent around 5 months renovating it and spent £35,000 on the renovation.

We then got it revalued and we could not believe it when we got the new valuation of £215,000 after fees and other expenses we made £75,000 PROFIT 🔥

This changed everything! and from that moment we decided we were all in with property and 3years later we now own 8 properties which produce passive income straight into our bank account every single month 💰 and we aren't stopping there!
